| I use the Eastwood kit and thier powders. Lots of colors to choose from. I use a extra kitchen oven that I picked up for free. I would like to get something bigger but this has worked out good so far. I chopped the top portion off that had the burners and jsut use the oven. You can see it in one of the pics in the background. As far as a booth I use a big screen tv box. I cut a large hole in the front of it so that I can hang and coat the parts. In the rear I cut a smaller window the size of a furnace air filter. And then I use a eletric car fan on the back of that. The filter helps to catch and hold a lot of the extra powdercoat that goes into the air. The stuff can go everywhere. I have a threaded rod that goes across the box that I use to hang the parts from. It also helps to support the cardboard box and make it more sturdy. I hook the electric charge clip to this rod. This way all the parts I hang from the rod get the electric charge signal when coating. I can do a large batch of parts at one time. As many as I can fit in the oven at one time. Pretty cheap and simple but effective set up.
